Full payment, copays, and deductibles are due at the time of your appointment. Our office also collects full payment (copays and deductible) at the time a surgery is scheduled. Every effort is made to accurately estimate this charge, but please be aware that this will only be an estimate. The final determination of payment will lie with your insurance carrier.
Please note: the fees discussed by us with you represent the fees for the services provided by Moore County Foot & Ankle only. Hospital, laboratory, imaging, or other physician services will not be included in this estimate.
Insurance companies and their policies are known to vary greatly in regards to appointments with Podiatrists. Some require you to be referred from your Primary Care Physician while others allow you to make an appointment with a Podiatrist directly.
You may check with your insurance company to determine what they require in order to cover your appointment with us, or our office can gladly determine that for you before we schedule you in.
Please help us to ensure that your visit does not cost you more than necessary by knowing what your insurance companies policies are.
